Southern California Reacts To Death Of Colin Powell
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA/CNN) - Local officials and celebrities joined the country on Monday as they mourned the death of Colin Powell, the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the first Black Secretary of State. The 84-year-old died due to complications with COVID-19 and his ongoing battle against cancer.
