Sketch Of Murder Suspect Released Near Anniversary Of 78-Year-Old Oxnard Man's Slaying
OXNARD (CBSLA.com) — Police in Oxnard have released the sketch of a murder suspect wanted for the slaying of a 78-year-old man.
The sketch, released Friday, comes three days short of the one-year anniversary of the murder of Ruben Alfaro.
He was murdered in the 5300 block of Cypress Road and authorities believed Alfaro was the unintentional victim of a gang related shooting.
Investigators have conducted multiple canvasses, examined evidence, and contacted numerous witnesses in the open investigation.
Detectives are appealing to the public to help them bring Alfaro's killer to justice.
