Shotgun-Wielding Suspects Wanted For Robberies Throughout Orange County
TUSTIN (CBS) — The Tustin Police Department is asking the public's help to identify three men who have allegedly committed a string of armed robberies throughout Orange County.
The trio struck on Tuesday.
Two masked men -- the third waiting in the getaway car -- entered the Heritage Liquor Store in the city of Tustin.
The first suspect reportedly pointed a shotgun at the clerk. The two men demanded cash and alcohol.
Police said they fled in a dark-colored sedan.
Authorities believe the same three men have committed similar robberies in Fullerton, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Garden Grove and Buena Park.
The first suspect was described as a male Hispanic, early 20s, 6 feet tall and about 230 pounds. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt or jacket, a black baseball cap, a black bandana covering his face, black pants and black shoes.
The second suspect was described as a make Hispanic, early 20s, 6 feet tall and about 175 pounds. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and white shoes.
No description was given for the getaway driver.
