NB 405 Fwy In Redondo Beach Reopened After Shots Reportedly Fired
REDONDO BEACH (CBSLA.com) — The northbound 405 Freeway at Hawthorne Boulevard in Redondo Beach was shut down for a short time Tuesday night while police searched for a possible gunman.
A man was reportedly seen firing shots in the bushes alongside an off-ramp.
California Highway Patrol officers, who assisted Redondo and Hawthorne police, searched a homeless encampment and took two people into custody.
No other information was made available.
