Sheriff: 14 Hell's Angels Arrested Ventura County
VENTURA (AP) — Authorities say 14 members of the Hells Angels have been arrested during a two-week investigation that started with a motorcycle theft in Ventura County.
Sheriff's Sgt. Bill Schierman said Friday that officers searched 15 homes and booked most of the suspects for possession of or being under the influence of methamphetamine.
Schierman says 37-year-old club member Aaron McIntosh of Ventura was arrested in Santa Barbara during a Hells Angels event on Aug. 21 while riding a stolen motorcycle.
Deputies then arrested 25-year-old Jacob Holder of Ventura.
Both remain in custody on grand theft auto and street terrorism charges. The others have been released on bail or their own recognizance.
