Several Crashes Involving 4 Big Rigs Shut Down Portion Of EB 210 Freeway
PASADENA (CBSLA.com) — Several crashes involving four big rigs shut down a portion of the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway Wednesday morning.
The first accident happened just before 2 a.m. when a semi-truck driver lost control of the vehicle, struck a center divider and jackknifed across the roadway at the 134 Freeway, the California Highway Patrol said.
A second accident then occurred involving another big rig and a sedan, injuring two passengers in the car.

The third crashed involved two more semi-trucks.
Traffic was diverted to the westbound 134 Freeway and the 710 Freeway.
Speed and wet weather were being blamed for the collisions.
The freeway was reopened just before 7:30 a.m.
Wednesday marked the second day a big rig crash closed the 210 Freeway.
