VENTURA (CBSLA.com) — Residents of the San Fernando Valley reported being able to smell a mulch fire burning in Ventura County Thursday evening.
Officials said the small quarter-acre blaze burned near Camarillo Airport.
The stubborn fire was burning out-of-control more than two hours after it was reported.
