Rob Kardashian Charged With Battery, Petty Theft In Alleged Altercation With Female Paparazzo
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Reality star Rob Kardashian is facing two misdemeanor counts in the wake of an alleged altercation with a female paparazzo.
The 26-year-old was charged with one count each of battery and petty theft in connection to the March 27 incident, according to a complaint filed Friday.
Kardashian reportedly grabbed the photographer's camera and removed the memory card when she took a picture of him without his shirt on in Beverly Hills.
The woman said the star struck her in the face during the scuffle.
The photographer has since filed a civil lawsuit against Kardashian.
