Riverside County Storm Damage At $30 Million
RIVERSIDE, Calif. (AP) — Riverside County authorities say storm-related damage to public and private property is nearing $30 million.
County Fire Department deputy director Peter Lent, who manages the county's emergency services office, says Thursday that the sum is expected to grow.
Lent says the entity reporting the most dollar loss is the city of Norco, which had some $10 million in damage to its equestrian parks.
