The deal is pending a physical, but it looks like the Diamondbacks have signed the Cy-Young runner up to a six-year contract worth over $206 million.
Greinke's contract sets a new MLB record for average annual value, at $34.2 million per year.
Diamondbacks reportedly agree to deal with Zack Greinke. Greinke led MLB with 1.66 ERA, 0.84 WHIP and .507 opponents' OPS in 2015

The Dodgers home opener for the 2016 season is against the Diamondbacks.
I'm told Dodgers never got comfortable with guaranteed 6th year to Greinke.

Dodgers president Andrew Friedman issued the following statement: "We made a very strong offer to retain Zack, but clearly he found a deal fit better for him and his family. We are now hard at work on our alternatives. We wish Zack, Emily and Bode all the best going forward."
Greinke's contract is worth more than all major-league free-agent contracts the Diamonbacks handed out in the last eight years combined.

Kershaw got 7/$215M at 25. Greinke is about to get 6/$206M at 32. That's insane.
