At Least 1 Person Hit By Red Line Train In Downtown LA

DOWNTOWN LA (CBSLA) — An accident on the Metro Red Line in downtown LA Friday night.

At least one person was hit.

It happened at the Civic Center stop at First and Hill.

The person hit was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.

There were reports of multiple victims.

Rail service will be interrupted while LAPD investigates.
