Quentin Tarantino Honored With Hollywood Walk Of Fame Star
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Quentin Tarantino this week received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The two-time Oscar-winning filmmaker's star is right in front of the TCL Chinese Theatre.
The star was unveiled Monday and comes in the wake of backlash Tarantino has received over comments he made during a protest in New York about police brutality.
Tarantino has won Oscars for Best Original Screenplay for "Django Unchained" and "Pulp Fiction."
Tarantino latest movie, a Western called the "Hateful Eight", is expected to be released on Christmas.
Tarantino is also known for the "Kill Bill" movies.
