Stolen Vehicle Pursuit Suspect Surrenders In Anaheim
ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — A stolen vehicle suspect surrendered in Anaheim following an hour-long pursuit that began in Compton Wednesday.
The chase began around 4 p.m. and continued into Long Beach, Lakewood and Buena Park, where the driver bailed on foot.
Multiple people appeared to be in the vehicle, a 2005 silver Honda, left behind near an apartment complex when the driver fled.
Anaheim police approached the driver, who surrendered and was taken into custody minutes later.
