Pursuit Suspect Dies In Rollover Crash On 710 Freeway
PARAMOUNT (AP) — A driver has died after crashing his car on a Southern California freeway after a police chase.
Long Beach police tried to pull over a car for driving erratically at about 1:20 a.m. Monday.
Police chased the car onto Interstate 710 bit gave up the chase after a minute or two.
However, City News Services says the car continued on the freeway at high speed. In Paramount, the car rolled over and the driver was thrown out and killed. His name hasn't been released.
All northbound freeway lanes were closed for about two hours.
