Public's Help Sought In Solving Fatal Shooting Of Elderly Compton Man
COMPTON (CBSLA.com) — Detectives Tuesday were asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects responsible for the murder of an 84-year-old man.
Thomas Dubar was fatally shot while sleeping in the front bedroom of his home in the 1000 block of South Northwood Avenue around 10 a.m. on July 25, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said.
The suspects were seen fleeing the scene in a black or dark green four-door sedan. A white sedan with a black front driver side fender is also believed to be involved in the shooting.
A motive for the murder was not released.
