The victim told investigators he was sitting in his vehicle parked in the 8000 block of Carlton Way on July 23 at approximately 4 p.m., when a white Chevy van stopped alongside his vehicle and three suspects emerged from the van and kidnapped him.
After some time, the suspects drove to a gas station where money was exchanged and the victim was released.
Four suspects are sought in the case. All are considered armed and dangerous.
Police have released a composite sketch of suspect number three, described as a Hispanic male, 40 to 45 years of age, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing between 180-185 pounds.
