Plane Lands Safely After Problem Reported In Cockpit Of Boston-Bound Flight
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A plane bound for Boston was forced to return to Los Angeles International Airport Friday after a problem was reported in the cockpit.
American Airlines Flight 202, which landed safely about 2:15 p.m., originally departed LAX at 1:10 p.m., and was scheduled to land at Boston's Logan International Airport at 5 p.m.
An estimated 151 people were on board the flight, LAX spokeswoman Nancy Castles said.
