President Obama Visits SoCal For 'Leno'
BURBANK (CBSLA.com) — President Barack Obama made a short visit to Southern California on Wednesday.
The commander in chief made his third stop in a whirlwind campaign tour across four states with his fifth visit to NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."
Obama arrived at Los Angeles International Airport around 5:25 p.m., taped "The Tonight Show" at NBC's Burbank studios at 6:30 p.m., and then left LAX at 7:45 p.m. for his final campaign event of the day in Las Vegas.
KNX 1070's John Brooks reports First Lady Michelle Obama will follow up her husband's visit with her own on Thursday, when she is expected to tape an appearance on the ABC late night talk show "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in Hollywood.

The trip marked Obama's 13th visit to the Los Angeles area since taking office, but only the second that does not include a speech at a political fundraiser.
