Police Search For Suspect After Man Stabbed In Head At Riverside Park
RIVERSIDE (CBSLA.com) — A man was stabbed multiple times in the head Sunday during what police suspect was an attempted murder at a Riverside park.
Police had been called to Bobby Bonds Park on University Avenue in the early morning after receiving an indecent exposure report. They found blood near the park's community center, Riverside police Lt. Chad Milby said.
Around 6 a.m., hospital staff notified police that a man had been brought in by a friend after being stabbed at a park.
Police say they currently have no witnesses and haven't located any suspects.
