Detectives with the Burbank Police Department arrested Richard Sneddon Dick V, 37, on Friday, on suspicion of attempted murder.
Burbank Police Lieutenant J.J. Puglisi reported that, "based on the department's investigation, this was not a random act. It was evident the suspect and victim knew each other."
