Police Officer Shoots Suspect While Serving Narcotics Search Warrant At Encino Home

ENCINO (CBSLA.com) — A Fontana police officer shot a suspect Wednesday afternoon while serving a narcotics search warrant at an Encino home.

It happened around 1:45 p.m. in the 6300 block of Yarmouth, the LAPD reports.

The suspect was taken to a hospital.

Victory Boulevard is closed between Lindley and White Oak avenues while the investigation continues.
