Police Officer Injured During Anaheim Robbery Call
ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — An Anaheim police officer was injured Friday, according to police.
Fire officials responded to a robbery call at a pawn shop along the 1300 block of South Magnolia Blvd. near Cerritos Blvd. at 12:01 p.m., according to Anaheim Police Sgt. Bob Dunn.
KCAL9's Michelle Gile reports the officer suffered an ankle injury after he apparently got into an altercation with a psychiatric patient at the scene.
