Police Kill Suspect Who Allegedly Shot At Officers In Pico-Union Area
PICO-UNION (CBSLA.com) — Police killed a suspect Wednesday afternoon who allegedly shot at officers in the Pico-Union area.
Around 3:30 p.m., the armed man and officers exchanged fire in the intersection of Pico Boulevard and Normandie Avenue.
The suspect then fled the area, and authorities set up a perimeter to search for him.
About 90 minutes later, police discovered the suspect and shots were fired again, which resulted in the gunman's death.
No other information was available.
