Police Hope Public Can Help Them Track Down Missing 32-Year-Old Who Has Brain Injury

SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA.com)  —  Police in San Bernardino are hoping the public can help them track down a critical missing 32-year-old man.

Luis Francisco Hurtado was last seen just before noon Sunday in the 400 block of W. 20th Street.

Hurtado's family says he suffers from a severe brain injury that affects his short-term memory.

His family said he walked away without notifying anyone. While they say that that is not uncommon, they are usually able to quickly locate him in the neighborhood.

The missing man has a series of distinctive tattoos; a crown above his right eye, and "Corona" in bold letters across the front of his neck.

His family says he is probably unable to return home without assistance.

If you've seen Hurtado, or know of his whereabouts, you're asked to call the San Bernardino Police Department at (909) 383-5311.
