Police: Family Stabbed By Transient At OC Restaurant
GARDEN GROVE (CBS2) — Police Saturday said four members of a family were stabbed while dining at a Garden Grove restaurant.
Officers were sent to the Thien An Restaurant at around 3:16 p.m. for what was originally believed to be a possible robbery, a media release by the Garden Grove Police Department stated.
When officers arrived, they discovered that four people had been stabbed. According to the media release, the victims were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The suspect, who is described as a 41-year-old Asian male transient, was taken into custody.
