Police: Driver Sought After Fleeing The Scene Of Hydrant Crash
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Police are looking for the driver of a SUV they say fled the scene of a crash in South Los Angeles Saturday night.
Authorities say the motorist took off after shearing a hydrant at the intersection of 83rd Street and Decker Avenue shortly before 11 p.m.
The vehicle was sitting on top of the water flow. Firefighters could not shut off the water until the vehicle was removed.
