Police Ask For Public's Help Identifying Robbery Suspects Who Challenged Female Store Clerk To A Fight

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Detectives are asking for the public's help in identifying four robbery suspects who allegedly challenged a female store clerk to a fight before stealing merchandise from the store.

Police said four suspects entered a CVS store in the 1700 block of North Cahuenga Blvd. around 8:30p.m. on July 16. One suspect reportedly distracted an employee while another removed merchandise from the shelves and hid the items under his clothing.

Two more suspects reportedly challenged the CVS employee to a fight when she attempted to approach the suspect hiding stolen merchandise under his clothing. Police said all four suspects screamed at the employee and demanded that she sell them alcohol, and one of the female suspects physically bumped the clerk, before leaving with the stolen items on foot.

The first suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 16 and 20-years-old, weighing 150 to 160 pounds. He is said to be between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet 1 inch in height.

The second suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 16 and 20-years-old, around 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 130 pounds.

The third suspect is described as a black female with brown hair between the ages of 16 and 20-years-old, weighing 190 to 200 pounds and standing about 5 feet 6 inches tall.

The fourth suspect is described as a black female with light brown / blonde hair, around 5 feet 7 inches tall and 140 to 150 pounds.
