Person Of Interest Held In Fatal Huntington Beach Stabbing
HUNTINGTON BEACH (CBS) — A man was in custody Tuesday in connection with a fatal stabbing that took place at an overnight gathering, authorities said.
Michael Vito Urso, 32, was stabbed around 12:20 a.m. at a town home in the 7800 block of Newman Avenue, near Beach Boulevard, Orange County Sheriff's officials said.
Urso was taken to UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
Witnesses led police to a person of interest who had fled the scene. He was taken into custody, according officials. No arrests have been made.
