Perris Pastor Accused Of Rape
PERRIS (CBSLA.com) — A 41-year-old pastor in Perris has been accused of rape.
Jerome Anthony Clay Sr. was arrested Thursday at his residence in the 400 block of Perris Boulevard. He was booked at the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta. His bail is set at $55,000.
Investigators had issued search warrants at Clay's home, as well as Compassion Church, which is located at 190 E. 5th Street, before he was taken into custody.
Authorities believe there could be other possible victims.
