Pedestrian Killed By Train In Van Nuys
VAN NUYS (CBSLA) — A women was struck and killed by a train in Van Nuys Monday.
The incident was reported at 5:53 p.m. in the 15100 block of W. Raymer St.
The victim is described as a woman in her 40s. She was reported dead at the scene.
No injuries were reported to train occupants.
The Metrolink VC Line 119 to East Ventura was stopped between Van Nuys and Northridge due to the incident.
An investigation is ongoing.
