Pedestrian Hit And Killed On Santa Ana Freeway
ANAHEIM (CBS) — A pedestrian was struck by at least one vehicle and killed Monday morning on the northbound Santa Ana (5) Freeway in Anaheim.
The person, whose gender and age were not immediately released, died at the scene of the incident, which happened at about 6 a.m. at Euclid Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The northbound 5 Freeway was closed while an investigation was conducted to determine why the person was on the freeway. The freeway was reopened about two hours later, the CHP said.
