Parents At OC Hospital Get Ultimate Christmas Stocking Stuffer
ORANGE (CBSLA.com) — Parents at an Orange County hospital got the ultimate stocking stuffer this Christmas.
St. Joseph's Hospital in Orange wrapped all of their newborns in giant red or green Christmas stockings and red or green hats that read 'Happy Holidays' Tuesday.
"Most of them are pretty happy about it," said Registered Nurse Wendy Ellis. "There's nothing better than having a baby at Christmas, so they have a fun time putting their babies in the stockings, lining them up, taking pictures. It's a good time."
More than 60 babies were born in the past week at St. Joseph's. As of Tuesday afternoon, all of the babies born on Christmas Eve were girls.
