Officials Identify Domestic Violence Suspect Killed By Police
PACOIMA (CBS) — Authorities have identified the domestic violence suspect who police shot and killed after he allegedly pointed a gun at family members in Pacoima Monday.
Jose Torres, 33, was exiting a home on the 10400 block of Ilex Avenue, near Whiteman Airport, shortly before 5 p.m. Monday, LAPD Officer Karen Rayner said. Officers say they saw him pointing a gun at members of his family and opened fire.
No officers were injured, Rayner said.
