Norco Man Arrested For Allegedly Raping Young Girl
NORCO (CBS) — A 50-year-old Norco man is behind bars for allegedly raping a young girl, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
Gerald James McArthur allegedly assaulted the girl about 12:30 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of Cavaletti Lane, sheriff's Sgt. Mike Manning said.
He was arrested around 9 p.m. Thursday and booked on suspicion of rape and sexual penetration with a foreign object, lewd act on a child, and sexual abuse, according to jail records.
McArthur was jailed on $75,000 bail pending a court arraignment set for Tuesday.
