Nixon Library To Unveil Long-Lost Love Letters Friday
YORBA LINDA (CBS) — The Richard Nixon Presidential Library is unveiling long-lost love letters that reveal the 37th president's private side.
The letters were written while the intensely private Nixon and his future wife, Pat, were still dating.
Nixon refers to Pat as "dearest heart" and "Irish gypsy," saying he daydreams about the future.
"Every day and every night I want to see you and be with you," he writes.
The love letters will be unveiled Friday.
