'NCIS: LA' Actor Chris O'Donnell Honored With Star On Walk Of Fame
HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — "NCIS: Los Angeles" actor Chris O'Donnell Thursday received the 2,544th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The star in the category of Television was presented at an 11:30 a.m. ceremony in front of Jameson's Irish Pub, located at 6681 Hollywood Boulevard.
O'Donnell's "NCIS" co-star LL Cool J joined Hollywood Chamber President and CEO Leron Gubler in the unveiling.
The 44-year-old honoree made his acting debut as Jessica Lange's rebellious son in the Paul Brickman feature "Men Don't Leave" and followed that with a memorable cameo in Jon Avnet's Academy Award-nominated "Fried Green Tomatoes".
O'Donnell was nominated for a Golden Globe in 1993 and won the Chicago Film Critics Award for his role opposite Al Pacino in the multiple Academy Award-winning "Scent of a Woman".
His charm and diverse acting skills have allowed him to become one of Hollywood's leading male actors. He currently stars as G. Callen in the CBS hit drama, "NCIS: Los Angeles", which is in its sixth season.
The show airs at 10 p.m. Mondays on CBS2.
