Motorcyclist, 22, Killed In 101 Freeway Crash Identified
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Authorities have identified the 22-year-old man killed Tuesday in a motorcycle crash on the 101 Freeway.
Waleed Hawary, of Sherman Oaks, died Tuesday around 11:20 a.m. after losing control of his Honda CBR on the transition road of the southbound 101 to the eastbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
CHP said Hawary was ejected from his motorcycle and then struck a sign.
The victim was taken to County-USC Medical Center where he died.
