Mexico Issues Holiday Travel Warning Amid Drug Violence
SAN DIEGO (CBS) — The Mexican government wants Californians to know that if you drive south of the border for the holidays, you're pretty much on your own.
Because of drug war violence, visitors to Mexico are advised to drive in convoys and only during daylight hours, a warning that comes as no surprise to one Burbank woman with relatives in Veracruz.
