McCourts Would Each Get $5 Million For Personal Use In Fox TV Deal
(CBS) -- If Major League Baseball approves the television deal with the Dodgers and Fox, $385 million will be paid upfront.
Recently Frank McCourt said none of the upfront TV money would go to the divorce, turns out the documents tell another story.
Only $235 million would go towards the Dodgers, the remainder gets divided as follows:
$50 million placed in an account subject to Judge Scott Gordon's order.
$10 million in attorneys' fees.
$80 million in paying off debt.
$5 million to each of the McCourts for their own personal use.
