Married Couple Accused Of Fatally Stabbing Woman's Ex-Husband
ONTARIO (CBSLA.com) —A married couple was arrested Monday for allegedly stabbing the woman's ex-husband to death at a home in Ontario.
Dion Stanley Demerrill, 36, and Nicole Lynette Demerrill, 41, were taken into custody during a traffic stop and will be booked for murder at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.
Police responded to a call of a possible stabbing around 3 p.m. at a residence in the 3000 block of East San Lorenzo River Road.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man suffering from a stab wound.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators later determined the victim was the ex-husband of Nicole Demerrill.
The motive for the stabbing is under investigation.
