Mark Zuckerberg's Alleged Stalker Issues Apology
PALO ALTO (CBS) — A man who apparently pursued Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg for personal advice - showing up at the uber-rich techie's office and home - has apologized and vowed to leave him alone, reports celebrity Web site TMZ.
TMZ reported on Monday that Zuckerberg had obtained a restraining order against Pradeep Manukonda, telling police the man posed a potential threat after the unsolicited visits.
"I'm a peaceful guy ... I'm sorry he thought I was trying to harm him," Manukonda told the news and gossip website for an article posted early Tuesday. "I understand he's a busy man ... I'll respect his privacy."
Manukonda, 31, according to the website, told TMZ he had been dealing with a "major personal problem," and he believed Zuckerberg could offer some advice. The suspect declined to go into any details on his aforementioned.
