Marijuana Grow House Found Inside Commercial Building In Lynwood
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Two people face charges of cultivating marijuana Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies discovered a massive indoor grow house in Lynwood.
Deputies responding to an alarm call at a commercial building in the 13100 block of Broadway on Sept. 8 discovered more than 500 large marijuana plants in an elaborate indoor growing operation, sheriff's officials said.
The deputies saw marijuana plants of different sizes, along with containers of picked buds and loose marijuana, officials said. Also found was concentrated cannabis, known as hashish, and equipment for manufacturing hashish.
The two people, whose names were not released, were arrested on suspicion of possessing concentrated cannabis for sales and cultivating marijuana.
