Marcelo Huertas Rejoins Lakers With 2-Year Agreement
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Los Angeles Lakers have resigned guard Marcelo Huertas to a two-year deal, sources say.
The 33-year old played in his first NBA season with the Lakers last season after a 14-year career in Europe and South America.
Huertas joins a crowded back court already filled with D'Angelo Russell, Jose Calderon and Jordan Clarkson.
Last season, he averaged 4.5 points and 3.4 assists in 53 games for the Lakers.
