Man Shot In Alley Near Pomona Apartment Complex
POMONA (CBSLA.com) — A man was airlifted to LAC+USC Medical Center on Saturday morning after being shot in an alley near a Pomona apartment complex, authorities said.
Paramedics were sent to the crime scene, at 2474 Chanslor St. at 3:38 a.m., a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher told City News Service.
Pomona police Lt. Ronald McDonald said the man suffered several gunshot wounds. No other information was immediately available.
Paramedics were sent back to the same location on Chanslor Street about a half hour later for a report of a woman going into labor, the dispatcher said.
