Man Shot At Torrance Floor Covering Business Last Week Dies
TORRANCE (CBS) — A man who was shot at a business in Torrance last week died at a hospital Thursday.
Steve Milrot of Torrance was found shot around 3 a.m. last Thursday at Ron's Floor Covering, located at 16604 Crenshaw Blvd., said Sgt. Jeremiah Hart of the Torrance Police Department.
Milrot was taken to Los Angeles County Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and listed in critical condition. He died today, Hart said.
Ernie Andrade, 31, of Oxnard was arrested Wednesday for suspicion of attempted murder, Hart said. Andrade was booked for attempted murder.
Andrade will now face murder charges. He is being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
