Man Shot In The Back At South LA Laundromat
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A man was hospitalized Thursday after a shooting at a coin laundry in the South Los Angeles area, police said.
The victim was shot in the back around 2:15 p.m. inside the laundry facility along the 1700 block of West Adams Boulevard in the Adams-Normandie neighborhood, according to LAPD Officer Matthew Ludwig.
One person was taken to a hospital, authorities said.
The alleged shooter crashed his car several blocks from the coin laundry and ran off, police said.
Authorities said the victim was conscious when he was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
The suspect remains at large, police said.
