Man Shot And Killed In South Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A man was shot to death Sunday in South Los Angeles, police said.
The incident happened at about 8:45 p.m. in the 500 block of West 84th Street Cmdr. Andrew Smith of the Los Angeles Police Department said.
"An unknown suspect approached the victim and fired multiple rounds," Smith said.
The victim, identified only as a Latino man in his 40s, was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, Smith said.
The motive for the shooting was unknown.
