Man Killed, Woman Wounded In Duarte Shootings
DUARTE (CBSLA.com/AP) — Los Angeles County sheriff's officials say a man was shot and killed and a woman was wounded in an attack on a residential street in Duarte.
Deputy Juanita Navarro-Suarez says the shootings took place shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Shrode and Lincoln avenues, Deputy Juanita Navarro-Suarez said.
The man died at the scene and the woman was treated by paramedics and taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
The victims have not been named.
Detectives have not released information about suspects or a motive.
