Man Incriminates Himself On 'Judge Judy' In Less Than 30 Seconds
It may have aired five years ago, but a "Judge Judy" clip is surging in online popularity for depicting a man some are calling the "dumbest" defendant to appear in court.
Plaintiff Ginny Paradeza, who was 18 and in high school at the time, accused the man - not identified on camera - of stealing her purse. As she describes the contents inside the purse, saying there was $50, gift cards and an earpiece, the defendant interrupts to say, "There was no earpiece in there."
"I love it," Judge Judith Sheindlin says to the courtroom, with a sardonic grin, before ruling in favor of Paradeza in the amount of $500.
Thanks to the help of the defendant, it took less than 30 seconds to wrap this case.
