Man in critical condition after shooting in South Los Angeles
A man is in critical condition after being shot in his vehicle in South Los Angeles Sunday night.
Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a shooting near the intersection of 25th Street and Maple Avenue.
The LAPD said a 21-year-old man was sitting in his vehicle when an individual pulled up next to him and fired multiple gunshots.
The shooter fled the scene and has not been arrested.
The man was transported to the hospital in critical condition. The LAPD said the incident was gang-related.
No other injuries were reported.
